To provide all basic immunological methods, necessary to monitor all eventualities of the induced immune-responses: Ag-specific Serum-ELISA, Ig-subclass determination, histological analysis, Ag-specific T cell recall responses in vitro with monitoring of T cell proliferation and T cell cytokine-production (intracellular cytokine staining, cytokine -ELISA from culture supernatant). |
